After more
than 70 years of independence there are still widespread poverty, illiteracy,
corruption, unemployment and a number of other evils.
Part of
Indian constitution which gives power to J&K constituent assembly to define
permanent residents of state and bestowed upon them special rights and
privileges regarding acquisition of poverty, jobs, public aid etc.
This act as
on restriction on Indian citizen and also on women of J&K who marry outside
state.
